About

Where scholarship, creativity, and public meaning meet.

Social Media Graffiti is a media and education project devoted to understanding how communication constructs reality—and how better communication can create more truthful and humane possibilities.

Mission

Social Media Graffiti exists to decode the symbols, stories, rhetoric, and communication that shape our reality. Through research-based analysis, media literacy, and engaging digital content, the project helps people recognize how language, images, narratives, and persuasion influence culture, politics, technology, and everyday life.

What makes it different

The goal is not simply to publish opinions. It is to reveal the communication patterns beneath public life and teach visitors how to analyze those patterns for themselves.

Truth-seeking becomes more powerful when it is paired with imagination, humility, and a serious commitment to human dignity.

Long-term vision

Social Media Graffiti can grow into a multimedia publication, educational resource library, newsletter, course platform, consulting practice, and public community for people interested in rhetoric, symbolism, AI, culture, ethics, and common ground.

The philosophy behind Social Media Graffiti

Communication can help create more truthful and humane possibilities.

Social Media Graffiti begins with the belief that communication does more than describe reality. It organizes attention, shapes identity, carries cultural memory, influences conflict, and helps people imagine what is possible. The project brings communication scholarship into public life so readers can recognize the power of rhetoric and symbols, question media and artificial intelligence more carefully, and engage disagreement without abandoning truth or dignity.

The goal is not to erase difference. It is to create better ways of seeing, interpreting, researching, and responding—ways that make common ground possible while respecting complexity, evidence, and the lived experiences of others.
